Beautiful Polona! It's been snowless over here in NJ, USA as well. But winter just started two weeks ago so there's plenty of winter yet to come!

More flowers, even if the humble dandelion! The seasons are crazy. is that a molehill underneath your excellent poem?

Winter's not coming, global warming said go away--except in Colorado where Margie lives.

No snow here either, but too much ice for flowers. If it weren't for your poem, I'd never have guessed that was a winter photo. Strange weather patterns make for interesting art!

zima zelena
kako nenavaden cvet
mraz ne ubija

Posnetek me je najprej šokiral, pomislila sem na grob, sveže izkopan, potem sem si oddahnila, sporočilo je bilo polno življenja...

Lepo, Polona.

A brave flower! (Or just stupid?)

Our apple tree have got some buds.

I visited my mother's grave on Christmas eve, lighted two candles, and found one violet blossoming.

Took some photos, but the photos were not good enough...

Anyway, I was delighted.

Your flower is a wild one!

kai: thanks :)

margie: thanks.
hugs to you

dan: thank you! what i fear is a white surprise too late, like in my (has happened before)

charlie: can't trust a season anymore... saw (and photographed) a gnat on a daisy today. normally i would have been delighted but i'm just getting more and more anxious.
yep, that's a molehill allright.

pat: yeah, and they seem to be getting all the snow that's supposed to be spread worldwide... someone's messed up big time.

mb: i'm so not a winter fan but what we're getting here (and on a global scale, it seems) is really strange. all we can do is write about it.

andrew: thanks.

trinity: it does, but at what price?
thanks :)

dsnake: few would, i think. thnak you.

richard: thanks.

neikka: ja, šok efekt je bil nameren :)
hvala

john: thank you.

amalendu: appreciate that.

floots: well, i can't deny dandelions are resilient, but... hey, i think you're doing great :o)
cheers

tikkis: thank you for sharing your experiences. it's beautiful, yes, but also alarming...

grish: so i hear...

Wow, more blossoms in the winter. Totally unheard of here (except inside). :-) We just snow this morning. P.S. That's a mound of what?

masago: it gets stranger still. how about gnats on blossoms (pic on my photoblog)...

that mound is a molehill.
